location is great as it is close to the ruins and right in the strip of restaurants. the room was a great size, the shower head was broken and the noise from the street was audible. had AC which was needed in the heatwave. Breakfast was decent.

Our room was located in the building attached that was renovated in March 2026. The room size was adequate, bathroom a little small. Air conditioning worked great. Perfect location to food and ruins as well as “the square”. We did have an odor in the bathroom that we reported in the morning as it did not smell at checkin. Nice breakfast

We used a third party companyto book our stay at Zeus Hotel. I later received an email stating we'd be in a separate building 400 meters away. What they failed to tell me was that the separate building was much older, with AC that did not work and and abandoned house as our parking. Ugh!!! When I called the front desk to talk about the AC unit I was told that 24 degrees is good and I should just be happy with that. I asked for portable fans but was told they had none and they would not buy one for us. Finally after much back and forth they moved us into the main building which is more modern. It was a frustrating experience. We found customer service in Rome and pompeii to be virtually non existent.
